This spur gear slew drive is manufactured from high-strength alloy materials, with its core components—the raceway and gear teeth—both treated with a professional quenching process. After quenching and strengthening, the hardness and wear resistance of the raceway are significantly enhanced. Even under the harsh working condition of high overturning load, it can still maintain excellent operational stability, providing a solid guarantee for the safety and reliability of lifting operations.

To meet the high-standard requirements of crane equipment for holding torque and output torque, a large-module tooth profile scheme was adopted during the product design phase, coupled with the gear tooth quenching process, which greatly enhances the structural strength of the gear teeth. This design enables it to easily handle frequent start-stop operations under high-load working conditions, while effectively improving the holding torque of the equipment, satisfying the technical requirements of heavy-duty lifting operations.
